Picky Eater !

My son has always been a good eater but once he turned 10 months he randomly started becoming a picky eater and it’s so stressful especially because he’s turning 1 on may 7th and is only 15 1/2 pounds I try and give him 3 meals a day and he’s constantly refusing to eat has anyone gone through a similar situation? If so what helped ?? 😢 he also has a dairy allergy so it narrows a lot of food options

still going thru it and my child is 3 😩😩😩 i honestly just gave in to her “snacking” in the day making sure she had something filling before bed (doctor recommended) her snacking was actual food though like i will make a meal and just allow her to eat as she see fit sometimes i will bribe with a special treat but i recently read that that’s not recommended… it works for us though

i also focused on just giving what she likes even if it means pancakes for dinner

Is there anything he consistently eats that you can modify? Like if he'll eat pancakes, you can try different recipes or even just sneaking in a few new ingredients. Same with muffins or eggs.

He’s so so picky guys I’m really starting to think it’s a sensory thing because he absolutely hates bread or anything bread like texture and he hates eggs the only thing he really like is oatmeal at this point he is going to turn into a oat

lol yeaaa i went thru that she ate oatmeal literally all day 😩🙄 and right as i started to fully accept it she decided she didn’t want oatmeal anymore and was on to something else
