Baby won’t sleep on her own
She will sleep in her bassinet for 3 hours at night and then game over. She cries any time I put her down and I get so exhausted I end up letting her sleep on my chest and fall asleep. It’s survival but I really want to get her to sleep on her own. Any advice? We do a mix of contact naps and put her down during the day. She sleeps longer for contact naps. Naps on her own last 30-60 minuets.

That sounds so hard! Is she hungry? Or cold? How much sleep is she getting in the day? Apparently at 3-4 months is should be in the region of 3.5-4hours and too much day sleep could be effecting her night sleep. We have a similar issue at around 5am, no amount of feeding or settling her will work
