TMI- Post of a sexual nature but need advice
Hello ladies. I am 33+1 weeks pregnant. Last night my husband and I were engaged in foreplay which involved penetration with finger. SO SORRY about being that detailed. Anyway I started bleeding but no pain whatsoever. This morning the bleeding has reduced and is now spotting. I read it could be due to having a more sensitive cervix. Again I have no pain. Babys movements are same as every day.
Should I be worried?

I had bleeding after sex very early on in pregnancy which took about 12/14 hours to subside and by the morning it was very light spotting like you said. I know the cervix is very sensitive at the beginning and towards the end of pregnancy which could be the reason for the bleeding. I asked the gynaecologist about it and she said it’s common due to blood flow to the cervix, and as long as there was no heavy prolonged bleeding and cramping and to just think about more lubricant 😂 no harm in speaking to your midwife just to be sure this far along xx
