Yeah I have these rice cake thins I occasionally snack on just to keep the nausea away. You can add honey or peanut butter if you like too

@Nathalie I've not been big on coffee for a while cuz something about the way the beans are processed locally makes me sick it's not the milk or anything (allergic to dairy) but damn I miss my monsters 🥲

Yes! As soon as I start to get the tinniest bit hungry the nausea comes 🤢 I drank only water with no food in my stomach this morning and almost threw up everywhere 🤦♀️
