Most comfortable position to sleep in?

Help! I’m 16 weeks and already I’m struggling sleeping due to the heaviness of my belly and I’m not even that big! I have hip and back pain anyway so this just make this worse so I’m tossing and turning all night! Also I’m struggling to breathe properly in my sleep it’s like I’m struggling to catch my breathe and I’m waking around 4/5am every morning wide awake!! Any tips I can’t remember it being like this this early on in my first pregnancy🫠

I have a very big u shaped pillow which helps with hip alignment 🥰

Have you got a pregnancy pillow yet as the right one should help with the hip and back pain? Not sure re breathing.

@Tanya I think I’m definitely going to have to invest in one! The breathing is probably due to my insides being squashed 😂😂🫠no helping it but it’s a nightmsre x

Pillow between the legs helps relieve hip and lower back pains, I have a pregnancy pillow that helps. It has small pillow on the front and back and you lay on the fabric middle
