Energy during pregnancy

I want to surprise my husband with a spotless place. He doesn't care weather or not it's spotless or not or if dinners ready before he gets home but I love to surprise him that way he can come home and relax instead of helping me pick up or cook. My problem is with this pregnancy I have absolutely no energy. Anyone know of anything that could help?

I know this sounds crazy but if you move your body and exercise, it would help tremendously! Drink A LOT of water! My goal is to drink a gallon a day, plus I drink an all natural pre workout with caffeine derived from green tea and coffee bean extract that’s been a game changer!

@Alexandra I usually drink a little under a gallon of water a day and I'm always trying to be up moving it's just whenever I do get up and move I get really really light headed to the point I immediately have to lay back down. 🙁I hate feeling so lazy.

Get on task rabbit and hire a maid for the day

@Dessy I don't have the money for that. Between saving for a home and dealing with the financial blockage we have because of cps we don't have much money.

Following. I’m in the exact same situation!

I know it might feel like we’re lazy but we are literally creating life and that’s so exhausting in itself!! Give yourself grace, mama. You’re doing amazing 🩷

I have house guests coming soon for a week and am also exhausted and sick. I ended up hiring a house cleaner just for one session so I didn’t need to stress and possibly not get the house clean in time. It’s not a normal part of my budget but seemed worth it this time.

@Hanah N. It would be a huge help but I'd rather put the money towards my kids and priorities than hiring someone to do something I've been doing my whole life. Besides the hotel has people to come in and clean for us I just don't really trust the housekeepers. I've got a lot of expensive things that I've worked hard for over the years and I don't need any of it stolen. Other than the money problem and trust issues having help would really be a huge huge blessing.

Girl you're not lazy!!! Making a baby us hard on your body and literally changes it forever! It's hard cuz tiredness comes from hormone changes. Try to get fresh air, music! Music that really makes you wanna move! Eat a balanced diet and avoid sluggish foods. I drink matcha every morning and it definitely helps. Caffeine actually makes me sleepy but matcha is supposed to wake you up without a crash and it's considered "cleaner" caffeine. Work little by little until he gets home and as others have stated, go easy on yourself! Pregnancy is rough. You might think you're doing nothing but your body is doing SO much! 😩

@Favi I think the thing that's got me feeling lazy is when I was pregnant with my first child i was working as a cna until the last of my 3rd trimester and I'd come home and still be moving. I had so much energy I felt like I'd drank 15 energy drinks without all the energy drinks

I feel this I'm pregnant trying to keep after my toddler and 9.month old.plus the house. I assume you want it all 1 day? I usually just focus on 1 room a day . But to get through everything in 1 day tale breaks I start early and when I get tiered take a nap..maybe do a crackpot dinner so it can cook while your cleaning or resting

@Drew fortunately it's a hotel room so it's not much to clean. But unfortunately due to the hotel policy all we can do is cook with our griddle outside or cook with the microwave. They won't let us use a crockpot or anything else like that.
