Well ask your doc to put you on disability for your preterm. That way you can take it as easy as possible for the pregnancy. You can still make your meals if need be. Otherwise rest up. I take progesterone morning and night. Went on disability starting Feb. Still have sex, no lifting anything heavier than 3 pounds give or take. (Basically a liter of soda as it goes into my cup or mouth)
@Erin idk if this is a dumb question but is sitting okay 😂
@Taylor not dumb at all! 🤍 yes, it was for me! i laid in bed mostly though. 😂
@Erin okay good haha yeah they didn’t say it was okay but it’s honestly more comfortable to sit than lay 😭
@Taylor I'm the opposite. I'd rather lay down then sit. The baby hangs out tooooo low.
@Dianna when i lay down by baby head butts my cervix and kicks soo much sometimes it makes it hard to 😭😭
@Taylor lucky😩 when my kiddo was inside, if i sat or stood, he’d hit/kick my sciatic nerve & id have to catch my bearings 😭 he’s no different at 6 months. my poor husband gets kicked in the balls all the time whenever he changes him after a shower.
@Erin omg 😭😂
@Taylor I get that from time to time. But I try moving him. If I shake my leg it's like rocking him to sleep it seems. But I move him mostly. He pokes and moves me so I poke and move him back! Lol
every time i went to work, i went into preterm labour. when i went on full bed rest, it stopped. maybe it was coincidental, but 🤷🏽♀️ worked for me. i was only on progesterone 1x daily at 200mg. i was able to make my own food and use the restroom though.
