Lower belly pain
Anyone else experiencing occasional cramps in the lower belly? It feels like a contraction lasts for few seconds sometimes i think i’m going into labor haha i’m 28 weeks
Could it be braxton hicks?

They are definitely Braxton Hicks. I have been having them too. Like once every other day, especially if I'm just sitting doing nothing. 30 weeks on Thursday
Brax it sounds like! If I walk or am on my feet a lot I get them more often

I’m 28 weeks as well and have been experiencing period like cramps a lot recently, I mentioned it to my OB today she did not seem concerned
