Hopefully it’s just yet another rubbish phase 🙃. It’s so so draining x
Happy birthday!💛 There’s a sleep regression at 12 months so maybe this is what is causing her to struggle at bedtime? My little girl is 1 on the 19th and she has been progressively getting worse at bedtime for the last few nights but nap times don’t seem to be a problem (she says crossing everything). Hang in there and hopefully it gets better soon x
Yep! Naps were fine and bedtime very slowly got difficult but now it’s like impossible and naps are becoming affected too 🙃🤣 x
Hello she does this is because she playing with you do you stay in the same room as her when she goes to sleep or go in and out when she awake
We co sleep, she has a double floor bed in her room. Once she’s asleep I leave and enjoy my evening then join her in bed when I’m ready to go to sleep
What you could do is give her her bottle and when she finished that just leave the room Instend of staying in their till she goes to sleep because she knows your in their and is playing with you
If I leave she cries and I’m not okay with leaving her to cry so we’ll just ride it out until she’s ready to sleep like she used to ! X
@Laura I was like that 100% because she wasn’t sleeping till I know she was playing with me if she cry’s I stay so I slowly started doing and now she just a little moan now and then then she asleep c
I have no solutions but Happy birthday to your daughter🎉🎉! Mines 1 in a few weeks I still can’t get over how fast time has flown. Xx

I have no answers, but I could have written this myself. My girl is normally OK going to sleep at nap times, but nighttime is horrendous (and has been for about a month) 😫
