Omeprazole

Has anyone travelled with a little one who takes liquid omeprazole? I’m wondering how I’m going to transport it because it has to be kept in the fridge 😏

Put it in a mini cooler bag with some freezer bricks to keep the bag cold x

@Sarah thanks for the reply! in hand luggage or hold? x

You can fly with as many liquids as you want in the baby’s hand luggage bag. They don’t weigh the bag nor does it have to be under 100ml, they will just stop you to have a look at security. You can travel with a mini freezer bag with it inside to stay cool. They might just ask but it’s never been a fuss with us. We used to travel with formula for 8 bottles on flights to Australia and a ton of pouches, calpol, water flasks etc xx

Always travel with your meds in hand luggage in case of the nightmare scenario they lose your hold bags xx

Always travel with meds in hand luggage If on the prescription or on the bottle it says it had to be kept cool or under a certain temperature you can carry an ice pack in frozen form (make sure its not melted)
