I haven’t restricted myself too much, if I felt hungry I would eat but I would try to go for healthier options. I’m also eating more whole foods which are really good for supply but also aid weightloss so eggs, salads, avocados, tuna, porridge, salmon, lentils, chia seeds, fruit. And eating more protein. If I’m craving a chocolate I will just have it I won’t restrict myself too much. I also drink 3 litres of water a day and take my vitamins. I got a milk supply tea aswell just to help and not letting my supply dip.
I tried it but it started affecting my supply after the first week so I stopped.
