Most of the time he eats it all, it looks like a lot but I don’t think it is. These plates are about 7 inches

@Asante ahhh okay. I still give my baby puree but with some solid food. I was giving her bits and pieces of my food but I thought she might need more so I got little spoon. She doesn't seem to have the hang of solid food yet though.

My baby is still eating pinches dude 😭

We haven't really been using plates with him.... But we dove in head first and did blw starting at 6 months and 6 days old 🥰.... Next kid I might work through levels of puree then to soft foods also.... Basically work through the texture timeline

He eats what we eat, unless it's sugar heavy ( ribs, for example)

my son doesn’t really eat set portions. i let him control how much he eats and he eats 2 or 3 meals a day depending on how much he wants on a given day. he eats everything i eat
