I usually wear a breast feeding top for easy access and today I happened to have a baggy jumper so you couldn’t see anything. I’ve also just used a large muslin draped over my shoulder which also covers nicely.

https://amzn.eu/d/2KjAYzy lots of different versions of these. i got one for like £3 off shein x

Breastfeeding tops and blankets!!!

Two top method and cheaper than breastfeeding tops. So a vest/cami top under your normal top

I suffer badly with anxiety feeding in public, I bought a hoodie the unzips at the side and you would never know and it’s helped me soooo much it’s unreal xx

I literally wear whatever i want as long as the top can go down or lift up easy and I use muslin cloths and tuck both sides into my bra straps and pull them through then just lift baby under so he’s hidden under the muslin if that makes sense

@Stephanie thats deffo my issue, anxiety gets the better of me and just feel like all eyes are on me🤦‍♀️

@Emily that’s exactly how I feel, I am getting my confidence with the jumper I fed in Costa yesterday and just used my cardigan to hide a bit but felt amazing for doing it xx

@Stephanie where did you get it from? I get cold super easily so need something feeding friendly x

@Ryan I got it from the baby and toddler show but I have the name of the company at home so once I’m home I will let you know xxx

Tuck a muslin into your bra strap on your shoulder so you can drape it over any "top boob." I also find cardigans good for covering side boob. Ultimately, it's a beautiful, completely natural way to nourish your baby. Most people don't even bat an eyelid, and if they do look, it's because they want to see your lovely baby, not what small amount of skin might be visible 🥰

@Stephanie costa was my first proper outing today and where i fed for first time in public😂 i feel 100% better for getting it over and done with cuz i definitely was over thinking it but it was still quite a task xx

@Tory never even thought about using bra straps to tuck things into, such a good idea. That was my main issue today was the blanket falling off my shoulder

I have the cheeky chompers 6-in-1 multi muslin which is great for covering up in public.

I got a breastfeeding cover off Amazon

@Emily honestly you’ve got this the first time is always so hard! I have to be like no ones actually looking at you and Oscar needs fed so just whack your boob out and feed him girl but I do try and go to a quiet bit of the shop or try have my back to people. But I’ve seen women just sitting in the middle of shopping centres feeding and I really want to go up and be like you should be so proud of yourself it’s amazing! Xx

Breastfeeding tops with the lift up flap (or a crop top over a nursing vest) and practice at home in front of the mirror - you realise people can't actually see as much as you think. 😀 Also remember you get a lot more attention from having a crying baby than you do for feeding them.
