Strong pelvic pain

Strong pelvic pain that radiates to my legs. I have called the hospital before regarding the pain I am felling on my pelvis , but today I can’t walk or do anything. The pain is so strong that it’s radiating to my legs. I don’t know what to do 😣

I have had some of this same pain in my pelvis area, I found a heating pad really helped me through some of the worst days. Rest as much as you can! 💖

It might be pubic symphysis dysfunction. That’s what I had and it got flared up bad for about a week or so. Stay off your feet and just rest. You can Google or YouTube it, but I had a physical therapist who helped treat it. You have to be very conscious about your movements and adapt. Always keeping your legs together and no asymmetrical movements. Also Tylenol is ok to take.

Oh goodness that’s terrible. I went to physio for this a few months back as it prevented me from walking my son to school and driving the car safely. Best advice I got was when getting up off the bed/ laying position roll to one side keep knees together and prop yourself up with one hand to a sitting position. Then from sit to stand. Scoot to the end of the chair, hands on knees, knees him width apart and engaging your lower muscles (ones under sides of belly) stand up nice and slow. And worst activity is bending! It brings mine on very badly. When walking try not to waddle and walk slowly. Now it takes me 30 minutes round trip to bring my son to school instead of 15 but at least I can do it without too much pain! Best of luck!
