Do you notice it when you do certain movements? Is it constant or only when those movements are made? I asked my OB about this just yesterday and she said because our ligaments are stretching so much down there right now that it is normal to feel tightness or pain that you can identify coming from a certain movement. But if it is more of a constant problem then it might be something more.
