my son is usually such a content baby but now won’t stop screaming

he had his jabs over a week ago he was fine but the last couple of days he has non stop screamed the house down been super clingy the only time he seems ok is if we’re out doing something i’m litreally so stressed with it been in tears is this normal will it pass or is it nothing to do with the jabs and just a phase?!
