@Yaz I was just confused as it only indicated 1 high day, I thought you were supposed to have more than one
Everybody is different some people have short peaks, some long!
I don’t trust discharge to track because it’s different for everyone. But with peak you usually ovulate 12-36 hours after. And your peak can be really short
@Gabrielle I had no idea peak could be short, thank you both for your advice!
Yep! Mine are very short. You see a peak in the morning that night and before it’s super low
@Gabrielle so if peaks are short, does that mean you missed your shot by not doing it? Or it’s still ok to do the deed after you see a peak?
I mean it doesn’t hurt to do it after but kind of yes. Having sex before you ovulate is the best option so if you have sex on peak that’s great. But sometimes you might ovulate within 12 hours of that so who knows if the sperm will have enough time to get up there and wait. So that’s why I suggest having sex every like 4 days or more so sperm can always be up there waiting. The % goes down if you only have sex closer to ovulation day. I think the highest % is like the day before peak but obviously you dont know when peak will be if your peaks are short
@Umi you ovulate 12-24 hours after so best time to do it is day before peak and day of peak. I fell pregnant from 2 days before and day of doing it x
@Yaz I missed day before 😭 and then saw a peak on clearblue and quickly did it. Feeling like I missed my shot this time 😢 Means, Monday no sex and all morning and evening negative test then Monday midnight peak and I did straight away. This all so confusing.. I think I need to chill. Thanks love ❤️
@Umi it’s so much easier than done but trying to relax is the best thing you can do! If you do it one of the 5 days leading up to, and day of peak then you have a chance!
That’s normal! You peak and then your LH decreases again x
