Nose bleed

I'm 23 weeks pregnant. We were out the whole day, just got home and I see that my nose is bleeding. Is it common for the nose to bleed during pregnancy? Could it be due to staying outdoors in hot sun for sometime? I'm quite worried.

Yes very common. It's because the blood vessels are pumping twice as much blood now and the skin in your nose is pretty sensative

I have gotten a few and I never got them before pregnancy. My friend is the same way. She’s gets them pretty bad when she is pregnant!

I got one in the shower recently. I was trying to shave and next thing I know my nose was bleeding. It definitely startled me but after google searches I found that it's quite common.
