Freezer stash

I have been exclusively breast feeding and I only pump when I plan on being away from my baby. I have pumped twice today and only got 6 ounces on top of him feeding regularly. That’s only one feed. I need to make more of a stash for my baby to be able to spend time with his grandparents while I’m running errands and I plan to baby less wean and make my own purees. Any ideas to help me fix my problem asap. I understand lactating is like supply and demand. But I have a Velcro baby and I’m a stay at home mom. I don’t even get to go pee on my own and I do not own a portable/ hands free pump. *I use the motif Luna breast pump*

Following bc I’m kind of in the same boat. Looking for answers

The more frequently you pump the more your supply will go up. More demand will increase your production. The first thing to do other than change diet a bit to encourage milk production more is to pump after every feeding to fully empty the breast. I personally drink electrolyte drinks to help stay properly hydrated too. Making sure you drink 100oz water minimum is also really important

You could always try using a haaka, I find that it’s more convenient when I’m not needing to worry about the time it takes and I’m just chilling with my LG between feeds

I used a haaka to build up my freezer stash. Every morning for the first feed of the day I’ll put the haaka on the other breast whilst my baby feeds. Your supply also tends to be highest in the night/early morning, so it would be better to try and add a pump in during that time
