are you going on multiple trips around europe or just a one and back? X
Just one and back
No advice I just think you're a cool person 💃
I’ve frequently travelled solo with kids. I would invest in a cabin approved stroller, a decent baby carrier and luggage that can be both rolled or carried on your back. A bum bag is also useful for your essentials. If travelling for a week I take 3 days worth of clothes and then wash halfway through the week. Depending on where you are staying most baby essentials can be bought locally (nappies, wipes etc). I breastfeed and do BLW once 6+ months so have always found feeding abroad easy too. Good luck you’ll have a blast!
Thanks @Jenny , what did you do about the car seat?
I always just used public transport (buses/trains/trams) when solo so no car seat needed. But when I travelled to more resort style areas we took a baby car seat/infant carrier in the hold- you can normally check them in for free. Personally i wouldn’t ever use car seats provided by a taxi company etc as you have no idea if it’s the correct fit or how it’s been stored. I’m also not comfortable travelling in a taxi with an infant on my lap.
Forgot to mention - I'd be taking a flight ✈️
