I definitely know that feeling in the newborn stage...it's SO hard. Try to have a little snack or drink some water. I hope you get to sleep during the day atleast or someone can hold her while you nap...sending good luck your way🥰

I’d look at getting your levels checked hun. It’s quite possible you could be low on something causing extra exhaustion. Newborn stage is so hard especially when you don’t have a lot of support. You’ve got this hun 💜

The first thing I do before even picking up baby when she’s crying in the middle of the night is guzzle water and turn Netflix on my phone. That extra 45 seconds of her crying doesn’t hurt her, but the water and having something to focus on has made such a difference for me ! Best of luck mama, the newborn trenches are rough but we got this!

Only thing that really worked for me was standing up to rock & having water and snacks xx

Do you have help? Are you getting any sleep?

I would go get myself a drink, maybe splash water on my face or set myself up with a book or Netflix to try to give my brain something to focus on. It can be really hard though and one thing I repeatedly got told when I was really really struggling was as awful as it can be to hear them cry, it's OK to pop them in their crib so they're safe and just take a minute for yourself to wake up a bit or to breathe. I hated doing it but sometimes it was needed to keep going safely. Hope you can start getting some better sleep soon

Have you looked into safe co sleeping, if your breast feeding you can side lie feed and get some sleep at the same time! I did go slept with my daughter for 6/7 months and it really helped me with getting more sleep. Happycosleeper on insta is a great resource for info on safe co sleeping

Day time naps for sure. Finding a way to get a good solid stretch of sleep also makes it easier. Personally I co sleep with my LG and that made sleep easier all around at night for us since I only get up to change her diaper after a good stretch of sleep and she can feed easily without me fully waking to get up and get her out of a crib instead

I find slapping my face with a water wipe works quite well! If you can manage to get one out the packet without waking baby 🥲

Thank you everyone.
