My 11 month old won’t sleep🤦♀️
Hey everyone!
I’m a first time mam!
My 11 month old girl just will not sleep through the night 😭
She was absolutely amazing from about 3 weeks old she used to fall asleep herself and stay asleep for 11-14 hours then bam she hit 5 months and never slept a night through since 🫠
I’ve moved her into her cot, tried to make it as “cosy” as safely possible but nothing works!
She’s on 3 meals a day with 3 8oz bottles and 2 snacks.
I literally don’t know why she’s like this and I’m slowly going insane!
Any advice is very much appreciated and needed 🩷

The other thing I find helps is we give dinner to my baby about an hour before we start night time routine so he has a full tummy!
@Ciana she’s been having one big long nap in the afternoon about 2-3 hours! But even if she gets and hour in the morning and in the evening she’s still the same 😭 i literally don’t know what to do and slowly going insane 🫠
God the lack of sleep is a killer. It sounds like she is getting a good nap in anyway. Is she rubbing her eyes but in good form going to bed? To be honest we are all just winging it and hoping for the best 🫣
But I really hope it improves for you ❤️

We go through stages of this too and it's so tough 😭 how many naps and for how long is she napping for? Could she be over tired or not tired enough going to bed? It's so hard to balance this but I find my baby sleep better if he has had decent naps during the day!
