Blisters on child's genitals

Editing in case anyone else deals with similar: It ended up being a yeast infection! he is getting a cream, and I'm EBF so we will be watching to make sure its not spreading back and forth between us My son developed blisters all on the underside of his penis. Its different than the diaper rash he gets on his bottom and has white pus. He has a doctor's appointment in the morning but I'm worried, and was wondering if anyone else has seen or dealt with this? He is uncircumcised

My boy also had one or two I also got concerned but it might go away with rash cream. But please do let doctor have a look

As a nurse, I would ask if you have a pic for examination purposes. However, if not, then definitely I'm glad you're getting it checked. I can't really conclude and say its this or that because babies get very irritated

Hi! Not a nurse or anything, but could it be intertrigo? Does it smell weird? My firstborn had it under the neck due to skin friction. Went away very quickly with proper cream (had to get a prescription from doctor, so it’s good you took an appointment). Good luck!

@Andréanne I'm hoping its something simple like yeast, his diapers have been smelling like yogurt, I assumed we bought scented ones on accident that might be causing dermatitis? its the ooziness thats concerning me. I thought the white was rash cream until it wouldn't wipe off

@Jacky Is there a "proper" way to take pictures of something like this without it being a picture of my kid's business?

So between my 2 sons I’ve seen this on both of them at least once. We all have super sensitive skin and it has happened to us when they poop before bed and they sleep all night. Both my sons fall asleep on their own in their rooms and sometimes they poop and don’t get up or make noise and in the morning we end up with a horrible rash with blisters. Lotramin is the only quick life saver I’ve found when it happens.

My lad had something like this and was prescribed cream for it all clear now
