Sleep and bottle feeding how to fit it in?

Our baby is bottle fed, we feed her five times a day day: 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm and 10pm. I keep reading that at four months they should be sleeping between 10 and 12 hours a night but our little one is only sleeping for around 7ish hours. I think she would sleep longer given the chance but I don’t see how we would fit all her feeds in? She wouldn’t cope with drinking bigger bottles divided into four as she struggles with the 5 bottles of 210ml a day already. I am wondering how people fit in the bottles and allow them to sleep 10-12 hours at night? Any advice welcome.

We do 8am ish, and then every 4 hours, last bottle around 8pm and then bed. Normally wakes for a bottle around 4:30am for a small bottle normally 4-5oz instead of 7 then back to bed for couple of hours. He seems happy doing this so we just roll with it. No set routine yet just going with the flow. He doesn't wake crying for a bottle just starts stiring so I know he's wanting it

My baby is on 210 bottles and has one at 5am one at 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm and then a little one for bed at 8pm she sleeps from 8:30-5 has bottle and goes back to sleep until 7-8 x

Our 4month old wakes around 4/5am for a bottle and goes back to sleep for a couple of hours last bottle somewhere between 8/9. We dont really have a routine at the mo we just go with the flow and feed on demand but daily intake approx 950ml of expressed breast milk. I think every baby is different and so long as they are sleeping enough and eating enough and are happy and healthy i wouldn’t worry to much x

We do a bottle at 0730, 1030, 1330, 1630 and 1930. So a bottle every 3 hours to make 5 bottles in 24 hours. Baby sleeps 2000 ish to 0700ish.
