Honestly it's hard. I'm a week late today and my period just came. And I'm disappointed. And this is month 7 for me. What I can say is that eating nonpregnancy safe foods like sushi helps me bc it's kind of like a comfort food situation. But honestly just prep yourself for a few hard months or more. On the months where I don't obsessively symptom spot I do walk away from the disappointment easier so it's not always hard. It's more just being mindful of yourself, your body, and accepting that sometimes it takes time. Many people find comfort in a higher powers plan. That's not really me but if it's you, then that can be a source of comfort.

It’s horrible. Eventhough it would have been 2 years since our first loss this April, and I’ve been TTC for only 4 years I finally got my positive in February not even knowing I ovulated as I have pcos. It’s heartbreaking to the point for me the only way I could get through it was every time I saw an announcement or a positive test I would be angry and hateful. Sounds strange but the more I was like that the less upset I found myself. When you finally get your positive you’ll be so happy and your mood towards other people will change 🩵
