Sounds daft but everytime you go for a wee, stop the flow multiple times. It’s a great way to retain great bladder control 😅 I’m also sticking with yoga for exercise, going for more gentle moves when I’m not feeling so great x
My midwife recommended the NHS app Squeezy for pelvic floor exercises. I do the exercises 3 x a day. The app cost £1.99 (i think) but then is free to use. It gives full instructions and helpful info x

I really enjoyed using LucyFlow Yoga for regular yoga, movement and stretches etc.
