How to tell if my baby is teething

How can u tell when your baby starts teething my son is 2 months and he acting like he is starting teething is that normal? I’m a first time mom here is a picture of my baby boy

He could be teething, but could also be normal development. Babies that age start drooling because of there salivary glands are starting up. Fussyness could also be a growth spurt or a bit of a sleep regression. Have a look at his mouth, are his gums red, bumpy etc.hope this helps a little, you little one is beautiful 🥰

@Amber thank you and yes they are be done started grabbing stuff and putting it in his mouth

So cute !! Is he drooling like way more then usual that’s what happened with my son but he was like 8 months when it started

Grabbing stuff could also be development and figuring things out at that age. Maybe ask you midwife or whatever when you have your next check up for Bub. They will be able to tell you

Our doc told us yesterday at 2 month appointment that they may have some early signs of teething like drooling or putting things in mouth but probably won’t have anything actually breaking through til about 4 months

I'm pretty sure my 2 month old is teething too
