I had excruciating ones every night for weeks but got a pregnancy remedial massage (took 24hrs to recover) and have been using magnesium spray before bed and I haven't had them for a month 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I was taking magnesium tablets then and now I keep forgetting so I know it's the massage and spray that's helped rather than the magnesium tablets 😊
I’ve been adding more potassium and magnesium in my diet, it’s the only thing that has helped. Also, more water. 😄👍🏼
I added magnesium and calcium supplements into my diet (approved by doctor), drank coconut water and that liquid IV powder every day. I had awful leg cramps at night to the point where my husband had to massage my legs just for the muscles to release
