Babysitters
Anyone else having a hard time holding onto a babysitter? My 2.5 year old is well behaved for the babysitters and they never have any complaints, yet two of them ghosted us and another two have shown up, watched him 1-3 times and then given some vague “I can’t do this anymore” text never to be heard from again. It’s so frustrating. Is it us? Are they lazy?
We found two through another mom I know and a handful of others through a local Facebook group for people who want to babysit or are looking for babysitters. Why say you want to do this and then bail so soon?

I’m a professional nanny with 12 years of experience and I usually don’t take families who yell at their kids or me, don’t let me go on time and don’t pay for overtime, treat me poorly, husband tries to hit on me, don’t pay on time. Never left a family because of the kids. But unfortunately I know some babysitters who couldn’t handle the kid and left
