Libby and I have an app called Unlimited Ebooks. If they don't have a book, you can request it, and it's there within 24 hours.

Cloud library is free with some library cards

You could call your local library for help to set up Libby if you need it!

Probably not exactly what you’re looking for, but there’s always Project Gutenberg. They have a lot of old classics…stuff like Pride and Prejudice, Alice in Wonderland, Little Women, Great Gatsby (those are just the ones I remember. they have a million others) https://www.gutenberg.org

I download all of my books from oceanofpdf. Everything is free

Oh I have an app called royal road. The stories are free and people are writing on there and eventually publishing them. It's a great place to find some jems that haven't even been published yet.
