Dressing toddler at night

We are in Scotland so it’s a bit colder than England still but my LOs room is showing around 23/24 degrees at night. What would you dress them in? He sleeps through the night fine but keeps waking up around 5am since it’s been warmer (his room is pitch black) and I’m wondering if it’s because he’s too warm?

I had been doing a togged sleepsuit 1.5 with a short sleeve vest not last night the night before I had to remove her vest. Yesterday I went and got 1.5tog sleepsuit without arms or feet on and put a super thin vest on her so her arms wouldnt go cold and that work her room was between 21-23 degrees

My LGs room hasn’t reached that temp as of yet but when it did last summer, we put her in a 0.5 tog sleepsack and either a short sleeve bodysuit or vest bodysuit

It depends on your little one. We do 1.5tog and long sleeve PJ’s, especially as the temp drops round about 3-5am.

My lo is in a nappy and a 1.5 tog sleeping bag xx

We’re at about 22 degrees here and she’s had a long sleeve vest, pj bottoms and 1 tog bag for the last couple of nights and seemed comfortable. I have some 0.5 tog from last year which I’ll use if the temp gets higher, and can play around with short sleeves/losing layers.

The past few nights she’s been in long sleeve pjs and I put the 2.5 tog over like a blanket, rather than zipping her up in it and she seemed comfortable. Until I get a lower tog

Mine is the same temp and he's in shorts and tshirt pjs and a 0.5 tog bag now.
