When to bring pram into the house?

I’ve had my pram for months now but left it at my mother in laws as everyone was saying it’s bad luck to have it in the house… But I’m due 1st of June and got another scan on Wednesday as baby is measuring big so potential of baby coming sooner. When’s best to bring the pram into the house? I’m currently 37 weeks tomorrow

Mines in the house and im 34weeks 😂 i wouldnt worry it’s only superstition. It also says it about any baby stuff at all which is impossible xx

@Bec ohh that’s good to know! I’ll go get it this weekend😀 it would be impossible to not have baby stuff in the house wouldn’t it🙈 thank you xx

Entirely up to you X I am superstitious about the pram too, but we have had a baby cot since I was 15 weeks (bec my friend gave it to us and we have no other place to leave it 🤣) for the time being we using it as a soft toys station plus baby beddings storage. You could ask your mum/MIL to bring it to the hospital when you in labour or just collect it whenever you ready 😊

With my 1st we brought the pram when I was 20 weeks and it stayed in my house. Now with my 2nd the pram is still in the loft. I'm not a superstitious person though

I’ve had my pram in the house since 15 weeks. I wouldn’t let old fashion superstitions dampen your journey. The more you feed into the negativity, the more negative outcome you will get. Nothing to do with superstition but more so to do with your way of thinking. 💞

Mines been in the house since I ordered it lol. Same with my first and second pregnancies, always kept in house as soon as it came. (33+6)

I’m also due 1st June and we’ve had our pram in the house since it arrived early February. I got told about the superstition a few weeks after it arrived but thought it’s to late now regardless 😂 x

I’m due July and mine came last week 😂 there are superstitions in every culture and some even cancel each other out so I just can’t keep on top of it or take it seriously

I wouldn’t worry to mine was in at 32 weeks

Ours has been in the flat since 9 weeks. Go get it! 😂

Mine stayed at my parents till baby was here and they brought it straight round

Ours is up and in the garage as I want time to practice and get used to clipping all the different bits in and out - I think having no clue of how to use the pram when baby is here is worse luck than it being set up early!😅
