The patch?

I was on the patch for many years, I used to always have a regular period as soon as I took the third patch off for the monthly one week patch break i would come on my period. I think if you keep the patch on continually with no break you would not have a period x

I’m on the patch, once I’ve taken my third one off for the month a couple of days later I get my period so it’s the same time every month x
