@Kate no, i am in New Jersey
If you can get new wheels go for it. I would if need be!
My stroller is 5 years old and never replaced the wheels But I don't use it for 2 hours a day, that's pretty heavy use
Never had to replace the tires in our stroller and we have been using it for 2 years now. I do however have a running stroller with really thick tires like a bicycle. I do have to occasionally put air in them just like a bike. Your stroller usually comes with a 2 year warranty and it may be worth it to contact the company directly. They should have the answer to your question and they may send you free replacement wheels.
Hmm I would consider contacting the company to see if this is a thing with them. Are the replacements expensive? Will it need to happen every five months? I wonder!
Do you live in a hot climate. We had that problem once and the wheels got all wonky because the hot concrete basically melted them but we haven't had to replace them since
