Dummy use

Swaddle and/or White noise maybe?

We have a dummy too but determined not to rely on it 🤞 I’ve found he will nap in the pram or car without it so we try and do that, sometimes in the carrier if I’m lucky. I’m also trying not to pop it straight back in on a night when I can hear him stirring, to give him the chance to settle back off. But sometimes he just needs the comfort from it and I’d rather that than see him upset 😊
