Implantation bleeding questions

Those of you wine had implantation bleeding can you tell me about it? I’ve had some very faint pink spotting today, I had this last time I got pregnant however I also get some sort of spotting before coming on my period and I can’t tell if it’s implantation or period coming. It’s driving me mad
