Loose skin!

Hi mums. After pregnancy, my loose skin on the lower half of my body has become really bad. It’s like all the weight has dropped of and sunk to the bottom. I can see it in all the clothes I wear and it’s just making me feel really uncomfortable. Has anyone done anything for their loose skin after pregnancy or their mum Tum? I’m currently doing 1hr of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training, but it just seems to be getting worse. Second pregnancy, baby was 11pounds.

Keep the skin hydrated and massage cream or oils into it daily. Ultimately if the skin has stretched too much it won’t go totally back to normal. But hydration, massage & some collagen supplements can help. I have also heard microneedling could help x
