Constipation during milk ladder
We've doing the milk ladder, and his only symptom is constipation. Would you stop the milk ladder? He does get constipated really often, but I don't know if it's because of exposure to allergens at nursery, or because he doesn't drink enough water, or not enough veg etc. If constipation is the only symptom, would you keep going with the ladder or stop?
We haven't been doing the ladder but I've found since weaning my LG gets more constipated than normal and if he usually gets constipated I wouldn't say its a symptom to the ladder
