Swiping behaviour
Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but my daughter (10 months) started this infuriating behavior at meal time. She swipes her hand across her high chair tray really fast like a windscreen wiper to throw all the food on the floor. She’s doing it regardless of food size, shape, or what it is (she does it with her favorite foods as well as new stuff). It’s often right at the beginning of meals so she’s definitely hungry as well so it’s not “all done”. I’m literally having to give her one piece at a time so she eats it 🙄🤦♀️ anyone else having similar issues or have any advice?
My son does this. Mid and end of eating. I call it painting. Seems like he's playing with the food. Sometimes, it means he's all done. Sometimes, he's just playing and goes back to eating. He especially does it with anything saucy or slippery.
