Should I call my doctor?

I had a doctor appointment yesterday and at that point it had been 2 full days of itching getting worse on my stomach ankles and arms. They are testing me for cholestasis and said it would be till the weekend when they get the results. I woke up at 3 am this morning with my whole body itching non stop. My head back and feet are the worst and it won’t go away. Should I call them and tell them or wait for the results? (I’m 38w)
