Maternity photoshoot (I didn't have one but wish I did now). My mum made me a photo album with all my childhood photos in age order so I could compare pics of baby to it, I regularly get it out to compare pics I love it. You can also pay to get a teddy bear made with the babies heartbeat in it from the private scan places (called window the womb where I live) so could pay for her to get that done as a keepsake :-)
