Is it just me or....

...does every "hard day" always start with a short 1st nap? I've had an absolute s*it show of a day...grumpy, cry'y, needy etc etc....I'm just reflecting now and trying to figure out where it went wrong.... I feel like everytime this happens is when the 1st nap is less than 30mins... Is it just me?
