Took me 11 days to hear back from them, they then rang me asked a few details and just need to set up the account now :) x
I was getting very close to the day I really needed it so I rang them. They said there was backlog and put me through to someone who asked me when I go back to work and roughly how much will I earn and they sorted it in 5 mins!
@Kasia thanks, i got a letter through today. Saying they’ve seen I’ve applied for the 15hrs, which I haven’t since I know that we’re not eligible for yet until September and I only applied for the tax free. I’ll give them a call on Monday to see what’s up! Hopefully I can get both done 🤞
It was a while. They contacted me nearer to my return to work date.
