It is awful 😞, prune juice is absolutely brilliant, have it cold it doesn't feel as thick , I always have prune juice after labour too ready for that first dreaded bowel movement x
I take lactose daily it’s safe in pregnancy I checked with GP and pharmacist also have peppermint tea too if I need and it works for me xx
Have some dried fruit, I am obsessed with Pret’s dried mango. Also drink more water x
Anything with lentils in always does the trick for me as it’s one of the highest fibre foods! - try a Dhansk curry?
