Leg pain
Anyone else suffering with knee and lower leg pain. It’s like a dull ache. What can I do/take to ease?

I did suspect this but I spoke to my midwife and she said it’s normal in pregnancy?
Does elevating your legs make it better? Warm compress? Warm bath? Magnesium rich body cream? Massage?
