Pregnancy Insomnia

I’ll be 34 weeks tomorrow and I feel like the pregnancy insomnia has hit SO hard this week. Anyone have any remedies for getting more sleep? I have the time, but as soon as my head hits the pillow I’m wide awake and so is baby girl. 😮‍💨

I genuinely can’t remember what I did, I definitely used tart cherry juice at one point and that helped a bit.

If you are able to sleep through out the day.

Not sure if you tried it already, but I’ve used unisom sleep tabs and they definitely help me

Unisom and magnesium duo helps. I’m struggling as well! Was up until 4am the other night.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve messaged the doctor today to see what she recommends because 2-3 hours of nonrestful sleep isn’t cutting it.
