Hair pulling/ touching

Hi everyone my baby is 3 months old and she’s starting to pull or touch the back of her head/ hair on her right side. Does anyone know what this is? Looked online says that it can mean the child is a “bright” child or she’s teething (she chews/ sucks her hands all the time has for a good month or so) Also says it could be a comfort thing. Is there anything I should be worried about and does anyone know what it could possibly mean?
