Also, any other kids you have can visit 8am-8pm I think, not just normal visiting hours x
We was told just on delivery suite they can stay 24/7 on the ward theu had to leave at a certain time x
Yes can stay but obvs no bed for them to sleep in Xx
I'm giving birth in Pinderfields and I'm so worried they'll kick my partner out 😭
@Charlie once you’ve had the baby partners have to leave at 10pm at pinderfields 😭 its not nice at all but want you to be prepared x
We were in for a week at LGI and he stayed 24/7, slept in the hospital chair bless him!
@Talia really 😭
When I had my son in 2022 my husband had to leave at 8pm and I had had C-section 2 hours before 😮💨🫠
@Sophie it's was the same in December when I had my baby, he had to leave I think it was at 10 and same year before with my other x
Seems so mixed and unclear what the rules actually are
I had my babies March this year so like 7 weeks ago and all the visiting times sign say the same. 1 birthing partner allowed to stay 24 hours a day :) my husband slept in the chair. But they can stay xx
@Charlie i mean they might’ve changed it since early march and i honestly hope they have, its not nice being left alone with a brand new baby especially if you end up with a c section like me x
I'm really hoping they let him stay if I have to stay in
yes he can my husband stayed by my side the full 6 days i was there

I gave birth on the 3rd of May and partners were staying on the ward the whole time x
Yes you can choose a birth partner who can come and go as they please 24/7. Strict rules for general visitors. No bed though and cubicles are super cramped.
We werent allowed even though I was very poorly and baby was in NICU
Yeah he can stay 24/7 :) we were in 4 days and he could come and go whenever really x
