Swaddle for newborn during day
Baby seems to have reflex when sleeping during daytime and night time throwing off her arms. Is it ok to swaddle during daytime? NHS says to keep hands free even at night. Anyone following this? Do your baby reflex at night with arms open or do you swaddle with arms closed? Very confused about what will be good for my lily one.

Mine started fighting having her arms swaddled around 2-3 weeks. So we started swaddling just below the armpits. And she loves it. But every baby is different. During the day, if yours like to be swaddled for s nap, I say go for it
