Autism in babies

Hi everyone, I don’t know why i’m so worried about this but my baby is 9 months nearly 10 months and is constantly flapping her arms around. She has also just started to bang her head into things on purpose? She keeps eye contact and reaches for us and is doing everything else she should be doing however i was wondering whether there was anyone else has experienced this. Is this normal or should i be consulting a doctor? TIA xx
